Flitto Japan Inc. 3. Notification of Review Results
The results of the internal review will be communicated without delay by the following methods.
- In case of notification or disclosure regarding the purpose of use of personal information, our company will either mail or hand-deliver a letter to the intended recipient.
- In case of revision, notification, removal, suspension of use, deletion, or cessation of provision to a third party of personal information, our company will contact the individual by phone or e-mail.
The documents will be sent by one of the following appropriate methods.

5.
